US Mobile offers all three networks, but this one is specifically for their Light Speed network, which is on T-Mobile. The "Multi-Network Addon" allows you to add a 2nd/3rd line on the other networks if you want (so your main would port into the T-Mobile network, but you can have a secondary on AT&T or Verizon).

My current Mint Mobile plan expires on January 6, 2026. Can I purchase a new plan now and activate it after my current plan ends, or should I wait until closer to the expiration date? What other options are available for me ?

I'm in the same situation, my understanding is that we have to activate it within 30 days.

This deal is only for those who can port in a new number with network transfers disabled. Light Speed only (T-mobile). Those who are currently on a monthly plan are SOL. You can get the Cyber $199 Unlimited Starter, but not this Black Friday deal—basically, no love for existing paying customers. The only thing as an existing customer you can do is to add on the multi-network annual ad-on, but it's not applicable if you're on a monthly plan.
Does "network transfers disabled" mean that I can't port from Google Fi (also on T-Mobile)??

And on tmobile(light speed) it is QCI 7. And the unlimited ATT/Dark plan is QCI 8.
GFI is a better deal on T-Mobile when using BYOD with the 50% promo, as it offers QCI 6. US Mobile's value proposition is its multi-network add-on and international data. I don't have great experience with QCI 7 on T-Mobile, as it often gets congested in stadiums and even at Costco for me.

With MVNOs you have to switch every year. That's how I do it and have consistently maintained under 25/month for an unlimted data/text/calls. Hotspot sometimes is capped but has no bearing for me.
Event the standard price is great versus the standard prices for the big 3. But for the best value, hop around.
Which carriers have you hopped over to, and do you do annual plans for them like with US mobile? Has the other service been okay? I only get good service in my area in CA with T-Mobile, I'm in a weird dead pocket for ATT & VZN.

Can somebody please explain what does this "Unlimited Premium Multi-Network Add-On" mean?

Does this mean, US mobile primary line can be switched between diff networks? or Does it adds an additional line to the primary line?

It means the line you activate has access to multiple networks. It does not mean you get an additional line.

Switching to a different network is called Teleportal/Transfer/Change Network on US Mobile.

Multi-line addon here: https://www.usmobile.com/help/articles/762560

You activate a secondary data-only SIM and use it in areas primary network has bad or no service. On iPhones, you can use the cellular data network of the secondary provider to make calls.
