I was able to get a Red Pocket e-SIM number for $7.78 and successfully ported it in to Metro. Plus Metro total of $165.24. All in with eSIM port-in and Metro is $173.02. Now we wait for it to unlock lol

I got this promotion 2 days ago, I had to call 5 different stores around my area, all them were charging $400 - $500 price out of the door. Only on one I was able to get $300. They asked me for my ID and I had to verify myself with a selfie scanner, just like the website. FYI

We did see great deals before on BF/CM with the SE3 and XR before so maybe Straight talk or related will throw some 16e out the next few days.

I did the same but port failed. Got below message We're weren't able to connect with your carrier to get your number reserved. Please continue with a new number, or visit a store to complete your number transfer. Promotions may vary in-store.

Ordered! I am going to attempt to port out of metro right before the one month mark and ill leave this iphone 16e in my drawer for a year and lets see if it actually unlocks. Someone in another thread said it wont unlock but idk, i dont think its true.
It unlocks, got 2 devices which are unlocked now. Earlier the time period used to be 90 days but because of customers like us they made if 365 days ROFL.

Total wireless is a better deal, around $270-280 including 3 months of service and auto-unlock after 60 days. However, I had to visit 4 different stores then finally haggle to get it out the door @ $280 (reseller not official store). Metro is just as bad to deal with though…

Call Metro port department and tell them to cancel the previous port request. Even if you don't finalize the transaction Metro starts the port request if you give them the info.Once I called and cancelled the first request. I was able to order, otherwise was in your same situation.

I read somewhere else it's around $250-$270 total, unlocks in 60 days.

3 Month Plan - $195 ($65 per mo)
FULL retail tax of device (5-10%) - $60

Plus whatever else they try and stick on ya.

Almost the same as buying on local marketplace/eBay - metro is the most appealing with price point at $155 but one year unlock policy hurts

I'll bite at the $200 with 60 day unlock
exactly, got mine at total wireless for $260 total out the door with 3 months of service and promised unlock after 60 days
