12000mAh is awfully tiny for a power bank capable of 65W per port. If someone has a need for 65W (typically a laptop), they might as well carry something bigger. A respectable 20000mAh high output power bank can be had for $40-50: Baseus and UGREEN, low output ones as low as $15-20 when on sale (Energizer).
