I have this and it's simply not worth it. Even at this price. You'll grow frustrated with it as it kinks and bends before it reaches it's destination. It will also catch on to something randomly. If you really want to use a fish tape, spend the money and get a fiber glass one

Fish tapes have different applications based on material. Flat steel is better for conduit, fiberglass is more practical for fishing behind drywall. But yes this tape is not geared towards homeowners and handymen
