I found a few saying in stock in stores further away. Ordered 2 sets for pickup tomorrow at a store 10 miles away. Will see if they actually have them.

This is a black friday special, some stores have not put them out yet, or are holding them for black friday. Most TF's this size are $24-29 due to price increases, most of these have been slower sellers from past runs so they're bundling them up.

I remember they did similar bundles last year. I picked a few of them up after Christmas marked down to $7 ea.
