$3150 Samsung EPP with no insurance.
Costco is $3300 with 5 year insurance.
Pay $150 more for a top-of-a-line TV. Seems like a better deal.

Sometimes these TVs fail when it's a 3500 investment I'd pay $200-300 more to guarantee 5 years of good use! Also Costco has FREE installation and the 5 year warranty plus 90 days return

I heard that costco allstate warranty doesn't cover burn-in in oled. I dont know it the mentioned 5 year warranty is allstate or not.
Instead, you can just chat with the samsung agent and ask for +2year warranty for free. State that Instead of buying from Costco, I want to buy from you. They will just add it for you for free within minutes.
I would prefer Samsung warranty if this is Costco allstate warranty

Costco TV purchase has a 2 year warranty with Costco, after 2 years it goes with AllState for 3 more years. Sounds like Costco is a better deal.
From AllState fine print:
If Your Covered Product is a Television, this Protection Plan provides the following
Coverage:
1. Standard Coverage;
2. Defective Pixels: We will match the manufacturer's warranty for the Term of Your
Protection Plan. In the absence of a manufacturer's dead pixel policy, We will cover:
a. Six (6) or more defective pixels for displays up to 17";
b. Eight or more defective pixels for displays greater than 17".
