I've read where the Partner Store customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The gift card made it more appealing, and without the offer, I would have still bought it, but I am going to try a couple of ways to persuade them to honor their website. I will report if I have any luck.

Wtf.. I just got my TV with the last deal that came through which included the $1,700 MSRP speaker set. Now I can't submit for the $500 gift card? Pissed would be an understatement

I even already submitted the review yesterday and just needed to go back and submit the claim (now removed/closed)!

I called and they basically said "sorry nothing we can do, all gift cards are claimed".

They should have saved enough for each order since we are helping them clear out inventory with this outgoing model. I'll be calling first thing tomorrow as my tv comes in on Saturday. What phone number do you call for lg partner store customer service? I only see their email listed. My 77 inch C5 tv was supposed to be delivered on 11/26 and they cancelled and won't deliver until 12/2. Wasted a vacation day waiting for the delivery! I am so darn mad! Now I see where people are saying gift card deal dead too!

I called: 844-810-0070

If your delivery is past the date on the original email they will offer you a discount and an extra year warranty. When I called mad about the gift card they said they can give me $200 and 1-year extended warranty if my delivery is late (supposed to be today). So worth calling and complaining about the delayed delivery. See if you can get more than the $200 off, that is the most they said they could do but not sure that is true and I didn't elevate to a manager. Let me know how it goes.

I called twice and was told Sorry, but no virtual gift cards to be redeemed. I told them they really should have removed the offer from the page as soon as they ran out, and not after people had ordered. I had no use for the soundbar, and I was able to sell it, so I will chalk this one down to sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. I will keep this in mind, should I ever order from them again.
