This LG OLED bundle stands out for the huge 83 inch G5 TV and the extra freebies, especially the 34 inch UltraGear OLED monitor and the promised $500 MasterCard. The TV delivery itself went smoothly for some, and the included soundbar or monitor can add real resale value if you do not need them. The main catch is the gift card claim process, which requires completing the review link and agreeing to the terms, then may disappear or run out before redemption. There are also reports of damaged accessories and dead pixels on the monitor, so the bundle feels strongest when the promo items actually arrive and the claim goes through.

Common Questions (5)

  • You must use the review link, complete the review, and agree to all three terms-and-conditions boxes on the review page before submitting the virtual card claim. If the claim page disappears, the offer may already be exhausted.

  • The gift card has reportedly run out for some buyers, and customer service has said there are no virtual gift cards left to redeem. Some buyers still received the card through Totallygiftcards, but others were told the offer was closed.

  • The review/claim link can disappear after delivery, and customer service may say nothing can be done because the gift cards are already claimed. Some buyers were offered a couple hundred dollars or a return refund instead.

  • The free item appears to have changed from the soundbar to the 34-inch UltraGear OLED monitor after the soundbar ran out. The bundle has also been reported with the monitor arriving separately from the TV.

  • Yes. The included soundbar has been sold for about $750 to $900 shipped, and the free 34-inch monitor can also be resold if you do not need it.

Just got my 34" monitor this week the tv delivery is set for December 15, (purchased on nov 25) the monitor came with very visible vertical dead pixel lines in two spots, and now I dread getting ahold of customer support to resolve that...

Does LG do end of year sales and new year sales? After testing out both the 77" C5 and 83" B5, I think I want to return both and get an 83" C5

Last year for 2024 models best prices/promotions on Partner Store (likely on regular LG.com too) was Jan25. I bought 77G4 on BF2024 with but it was cheaper in Jan25 deals.

Thank you so much for this response. I am now on call with Partner store to return the two tvs. Wish me luck on this process. I'm terrified lol. I've heard some nightmarish tales about them.

And I initiated it today exactly 14 days since delivery FrownConfused

I wish i had done it yesterday or the day before but I kept second guessing this move

Fingers crossed as returns between 15-30 days of delivery are marked with %15 restocking fee. I thought BF deals should be the best but apparently Super Bowl sales were just the same and/or slightly better likely because it is the last major sale period to clear the stock right after manufacturers announce new line-ups during CES in 1st week of January.

Your response helped me do the go ahead so thank you.

They texed me RMA numbers for the returns. I asked the lady and she said they have it on their end that I initiated the returns within the 14 day window. And I have the text message of the RMA generation so I'll fight them for it if they try to hit me with restocking fee

It is good hear that since you have the proof of 14 day window then it should not be a problem.

I jumped over some hurdles, but I received my $500 Master Card today. They actually use a company called Totallygiftcards to fulfill the offer. I also sold the Soundbar and netted $750 from the sale, so that helped a lot.

I was unable to get the gift card but they offered to refund me a couple hundred dollars when I asked to return the bundle, like they did with the guy on the previous page. That seems to be the max the reps can authorize on their own.
