This LG OLED bundle stands out for the huge 83 inch G5 TV and the extra freebies, especially the 34 inch UltraGear OLED monitor and the promised $500 MasterCard. The TV delivery itself went smoothly for some, and the included soundbar or monitor can add real resale value if you do not need them. The main catch is the gift card claim process, which requires completing the review link and agreeing to the terms, then may disappear or run out before redemption. There are also reports of damaged accessories and dead pixels on the monitor, so the bundle feels strongest when the promo items actually arrive and the claim goes through.
The $500 MasterCard gift card reportedly arrived after the promotion hurdles, and it was fulfilled through Totallygiftcards.
Customer service reportedly offered a discount plus an extra year warranty when delivery was late.
Customer service reportedly offered a couple hundred dollars refund when the $500 gift card could not be obtained after requesting a bundle return.
The free 34-inch monitor reportedly arrived in a condition that allowed use, even though the commenter later noted display issues.
The review submission link reportedly disappeared after delivery, and customer support reportedly provided no resolution after extended phone time.
The $500 gift card claim reportedly became unavailable after the claim page was removed or closed, and support reportedly said nothing could be done because gift cards were already claimed.
The free item reportedly changed after the soundbar ran out, with the promotion shifting to the 34-inch monitor instead.
The virtual gift card claim reportedly required completing a review through a specific link and agreeing to three terms boxes before submitting.

And I initiated it today exactly 14 days since delivery
I wish i had done it yesterday or the day before but I kept second guessing this move
Thank you so much for this response. I am now on call with Partner store to return the two tvs. Wish me luck on this process. I'm terrified lol. I've heard some nightmarish tales about them.

They texed me RMA numbers for the returns. I asked the lady and she said they have it on their end that I initiated the returns within the 14 day window. And I have the text message of the RMA generation so I'll fight them for it if they try to hit me with restocking fee
Your response helped me do the go ahead so thank you.
