Community Reviews

This LG OLED bundle stands out for the huge 83 inch G5 TV and the extra freebies, especially the 34 inch UltraGear OLED monitor and the promised $500 MasterCard. The TV delivery itself went smoothly for some, and the included soundbar or monitor can add real resale value if you do not need them. The main catch is the gift card claim process, which requires completing the review link and agreeing to the terms, then may disappear or run out before redemption. There are also reports of damaged accessories and dead pixels on the monitor, so the bundle feels strongest when the promo items actually arrive and the claim goes through.

Anyone submitted claims for the virtual cards yet? Are they actually giving $500? Or is it more like $50

Where are you seeing the GC is dead? My TV has a confirmed scheduled delivery for tomorrow, and I received an email from LG reminding me to do the review and receive a $500 virtual gift card.

Were you able to get your order in while the Soundbar was still included free? I guess they ran out of the Soundbars and now offering the 34" monitor for free.

I was not unfortunately, had planned to purchase it today, preferred the soundbar over the monitor tbh. Looking at some other options now because I do not want to pay so much more for this TV.

You have to actually go the review link to write the review, complete the review before trying to submit. There are three terms and conditions box on the review page you have to agree to.

I can understand that for sure. Mine plan was to sell the soundbar to recoup a few hundred but after looking at a particular site, I see it is flooded with them and doesn't look as if they are selling very well. I may end of just using the soundbar in my bedroom to replace the one there. Maybe this deal will get better as BF closes in. If not, the next big time for TV sales is the week before the Super Bowl. I wish you luck in snagging a good deal.

I received the TV today. I noticed the link for submitting the review seems to have disappeared today. I will wait until I install the TV this weekend and then have a chat conversation with LG. I screenshot the original page to submit the reviews with the terms.

I just sent them a note. Plus, my soundbar arrived in a box that had clearly been opened. I haven't taken it out of the box yet. I do have to say the TV delivery went great with two guys delivering it.

I purchased did the review and now the website and link to submit is gone! Spent 2 hours in the phone with them and zero help. Don't purchase if the 500 is the main benefit to purchase now

Same happened to me. You may be SOL as I am. Spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service to no avail and was told sorry 500 times but no action
