Walmart Plus - Large TV Return

Has anyone returned a large tv with Walmart plus? Supposedly they offer in home pickups and no need to box it back up. I bought the cheap $998 98" one but I'm debating on getting something better. Not sure but I saw a much nicer tv available for $1600.
I can't return it myself, and I'm not sure if I'd want to try, too much risk in breaking it.
Any idea the process?

Go to your Purchase History in the app or online.

Select the item(s) you want to return.
If the option is available, select Return from home.
If the option isn't available, you won't be able to use this option.
Select an available time slot.
You must be home to hand off the return.
Show the bar code to the delivery driver when they arrive and hand them the item(s).
