If you're a regular upgrader, it's probably not worth it as it'll be gone by the time it's an absolute necessity. If you're going long term though, like 5+ years, it should definitely extend the useful life of it.

I think there is a $1500 cap on the pay in 4 option and it doesn't let you split between credit card and pay in 4.

Yeah, title is wrong, website its linked to is accurate, not sure why OP felt the need to change it. This is not a 14" Macbook M5 Pro, this is a 14" M5 Macbook Pro. The former implies an M5 Pro chip.
