there have been a couple Lenovo Legions over the last 2-weeks that had 5070's and 5070 Ti's for about $1499 ( ish ), I can't remember the price, but this does not seem like a good price
maybe okay, if it was a refurbished unit directly from Lenovo, but it's a 3rd party refurb.
it really depends if you need some of the features that the 5000 series has that are not available in any of the 4000 series
costco has an IBuyPower with a 5070, 32 gigs ram, and 2 TB drive for $1499 right now.
FWIW, I bought the same PC but with an i9-14900KF about 14 months ago and it's been solid (minus the back to back borked Windows updates that got pushed around the time I bought the PC).
But whatever you do, don't use Lenovo's tool to update drivers--Absolute garbage. My RGB stopped working a couple months back after a Windows update so I opened the Vantage app to see if I could toy around with it, but wasn't showing up. Then I saw a bios update being recommended.
Turns out it was not the right one. PC would lock up within 20 seconds of Windows booting. Was able to get the right bios installed somehow, but was a stressful couple hours.

The 4070 ti super is superior to the 5070. Also $217 is still a lot of money to some people.
I bought this model last June for $1475 prior to 10% cash back deal and 5% Lenovo rewards.
Been a solid computer. Added a 4TB SSD in the second slot for games. Run all games at 1440p on my ultrawide with great results and most games over 100 FPS.
