To add, Crandall does excellent refurbishing on their chairs. I have had a Steelcase Amia from them that I've been using for the last five years. Feels just like the ones at the office, but got it for a very decent price. This seller is one I would go back to if I needed another chair in the future.

These seem like good deals. I bought a Leap 15 years ago. The only thing I replaced were the wheels. Heavily used. Great product.

My wife and I bought a couple remanufactured Amia chairs from them about 2 and a half years ago. Super happy and would do so again. Very happy with the chair choice, custom fabric choices as a bonus.

100%, they have excellent customer service. I have two chairs from them and each required warranty after a few years for different issues, no fuss and they came through with replacement parts. If you are on the fence on which chair to get, call them.

Because they are all bespoke, factory returns. Users who decide not to keep their chairs purchased from Steelcase/Haworth get their chairs shipped to Crandall instead. They get whatever has gone through the return process. The stock varies on whatever comes in the door and goes through their inspection process before making it to the website.
