To add, Crandall does excellent refurbishing on their chairs. I have had a Steelcase Amia from them that I've been using for the last five years. Feels just like the ones at the office, but got it for a very decent price. This seller is one I would go back to if I needed another chair in the future.

These seem like good deals. I bought a Leap 15 years ago. The only thing I replaced were the wheels. Heavily used. Great product.

Can't speak specifically to the Crandall products but I ended up going through an eBay seller to get a refurb Haworth to save ~$150 (compared to Crandall) and it wasn't worth it. I have serious doubts about what I received (VERY used and I have my suspicions about whether it's not just knock-off parts) and wish I'd bit the bullet and gone with a more reputable place like Crandall.

Something with the depth of the butt pad, it's too shallow or something. After I bought it and my ass started hurting, I realized there are a large number of people with the same issue. Most of them end up with a HM. Get the HM Aeron 100%

Sorry I dont. But looking for something with real solid wood frame and top grain leather would be a good start.
