This form factor is basically extinct from any of the big brands, with the k400 the only survivor. There's a few cheap alphabet soup brands on Amazon, but reviews are generally mixed. Nothing from a major brand with a backlight unfortunately. I would love the higher tier Logitech version to come back or even the Corsair one.
I was about to throw my k400 out a window until I installed Logitech options. Lots of false inputs and pinch to zooming instead of scrolling. Logitech options fixed the false inputs and I was able to disable the random pinch to zoom detection. Turned it from garbage tier to decent. Don't know why touch detection was so bad out of the box, but hopefully that fixes it for anyone who faces similar issues with this.

Anything solid with backlight at or around this price?

IDK if I'd buy a used keyboard, but I can vouch for this model. I've had good luck with these as living room keyboards for computers or devices hooked to the TV.
I have this and it's pretty much what you'd expect. One annoying thing is that the trackpad is not treated as a trackpad by Windows 11-- unless I'm a big dumb idiot there's no way to reverse the scroll and scrolling is extremely rigid. It's like every X distance you go on the trackpad triggers a scroll tick. It's jarring and anyway this is basically the only game in town so you don't have many options but using this is not what I'd call a great experience.

To reverse the scroll it's in the windows settings for touchpad. As for the rigid scrolling, Logitech option+ is often the culprit.

I'm aware. This is not recognized as a touchpad by windows so those options do not appear. Believe me I've looked all through the settings plus the deeper control panel options.
