This unsweetened full fat coconut milk is valued for curry, coconut rice, soups, and even non dairy ice cream or tembleque. The clean ingredient profile stands out because it avoids added thickeners like guar gum and carrageenan, and the current price is called excellent. The main caution is freshness, with several reports of near expired, expired, curdled, or watery cans, though some recent cases arrived with an April 2027 date. A solid pantry staple if the cans are fresh.
The full-fat coconut milk works well for curry thickening and coconut rice recipes.
The coconut milk can support curry quality, including Masaman and green curry.
Some deliveries arrive with a far-future expiration date, such as April 2027.
Subscribe and Save pricing reportedly still applied even when the deal page showed expired status.
The cans may arrive near expiration, including reports about a month remaining.
Some cans reportedly went bad shortly after the printed date and tasted like soap.
The coconut milk may be less creamy for curry, which can limit results.
Subscribe and Save deal alerts reportedly showed inconsistent pricing behavior over prior weeks.
