If anyone got the order through the other day for the $750 from Samsung as a military person you can just chat with an agent or call. The $750 deal never actually applied the standard EPP/EDU discount of 10% and you can also get them to apply the additional 10% still. So you can get a 20% back as a partial refund. I did.
Also, these stack with MILNOV25 or the workplace coupon 25SOPNOV10. (workplace coupon provides 10% + free Buds 3)

If you sign in with a EPP/EDU account the base price is for me $866.99 for a S25 Ultra 512GB of any color. Normally you get only $300 off for no trade in discount, but EPP/EDU is providing another $100 for $400 off for no trade in. That is for EPP/EDU accounts going through a website. If you are military and stack the 3 coupons I posted above then it drops to $657 before tax.

I got less than you. the phone with out bug is 688.49 before tax.
Can we get 20% from PayPal? I don't see the option "Pay in 4" but have the option to pay 24 months no interest.

Why the codes doesnt work
open to samsung.com in a mobile browser (I did it in chrome)
click black friday offer, you'll see a banner saying 150+ off on 300 order if you order from App click that to open the samsung shop app
now add the item (phone / soundbar, worked for both) and buds pro separately
add promo code and you'll see the price
Keep trying this a few times and it'll work in classic samsung fashion
