If anyone got the order through the other day for the $750 from Samsung as a military person you can just chat with an agent or call. The $750 deal never actually applied the standard EPP/EDU discount of 10% and you can also get them to apply the additional 10% still. So you can get a 20% back as a partial refund. I did.
Also, these stack with MILNOV25 or the workplace coupon 25SOPNOV10. (workplace coupon provides 10% + free Buds 3)

If you sign in with a EPP/EDU account the base price is for me $866.99 for a S25 Ultra 512GB of any color. 1) I first contacted Samsung customer service and they sent me a link with the phone priced at $859.99 (phone only, no buds). That wasn't what I wanted.
2) The rep then asked me to create a new Samsung account using my work email.
3) After I did that, he sent me another link where the phone price showed as $730 before taxes (still no buds).
4) I stopped using the laptop and switched to the Samsung app on my phone.
5) In the app, I applied the coupon mentioned in this thread, which dropped the phone price to $657 (before adding buds).
6) Next, I added the Samsung Buds Pro to the cart.
7) That changed the pricing so the phone dropped to around $579 and the buds showed up at about $84.88.
8) At checkout, the total suddenly increased for no clear reason.
To fix it, I:
Removed the buds from the cart
Reapplied the coupon
Added the buds again
Somewhere during this process, I clicked the link from paypal and it opened the Samsung Shop App (Paypal screenshot also attached)
The coupon did not work on my account that was created with my person email id, but worked on the account that was newly created with my work email id.
After doing that, the final total for the phone + buds came to $726 after taxes. I attached pictures for proof.

I'll attach some screenshots for reference. I used the Samsung app and added the phone first and got a total of $694 then I went back and searched for the buds 3 pro and added them to the cart and it automatically added all the other discounts.
I had saved the PayPal offer on my account so now that I used Pay in 4 it says I have 14,700 points pending.
I was logged in with my edu account, if you already used a referral code before you have to create a new account, otherwise it won't work to use a new referral code.
I plan on chatting with customer support since I should have the $50 first app purchase discount (I don't see it reflected anywhere)
