If anyone got the order through the other day for the $750 from Samsung as a military person you can just chat with an agent or call. The $750 deal never actually applied the standard EPP/EDU discount of 10% and you can also get them to apply the additional 10% still. So you can get a 20% back as a partial refund. I did.
Also, these stack with MILNOV25 or the workplace coupon 25SOPNOV10. (workplace coupon provides 10% + free Buds 3)

If you sign in with a EPP/EDU account the base price is for me $866.99 for a S25 Ultra 512GB of any color. Normally you get only $300 off for no trade in discount, but EPP/EDU is providing another $100 for $400 off for no trade in. That is for EPP/EDU accounts going through a website. If you are military and stack the 3 coupons I posted above then it drops to $657 before tax.

Today I saw the price at $886 or $866. Something around that range. I believe this is an edu account but linked to my personal email. Not sure how it got attached to my personal email. But yeah, in the checkout I added the 3 coupon codes I found in this thread and other thread.
Just for the phone the price was around $725 after tax, and when I added the buds 3 pro the price went to $735. The tax was around $70 for me (WA state). Should have gone with Oregon but don't have any friend living there.
I got it for $699.97 and got $70 refund for mentioning this bundle deal with the headphones so my total is : $629.97 before taxes and paypal pay in 4 is still pending on the original amount as the refund is issued separately. I didn't have any discount for ordering from the app or referral though.
The price match is upto 15 days after delivery so when the 10% codes are released if they work for December I suspect there could be a better deal but trade in value might go down as well. Started at $300 - > $350 - > $385 - > $440 (We are here)
With the paypal pay in 4 I am at $559.97 before taxes but with PayPal pay in 4 ending it will have to be substantial difference to reorder which is why price match is better.

Price shows over $1,000, non of the codes working and chat says they can't give me special discounts
Technically you could bundle tablets, watch etc as the bundle discount would be bigger but if they call your bluff and create a cart then you should be ready to order I just picked headphones and actually prefer the refund as I have better earbuds already. Best of luck!
