If anyone got the order through the other day for the $750 from Samsung as a military person you can just chat with an agent or call. The $750 deal never actually applied the standard EPP/EDU discount of 10% and you can also get them to apply the additional 10% still. So you can get a 20% back as a partial refund. I did.

If you sign in with a EPP/EDU account the base price is for me $866.99 for a S25 Ultra 512GB of any color. Initially when I added 25SOPNOV10 it didn't show any discount during the checkout, just a popup message that the coupon is applied. I went ahead and selected Pay and then at the breakdown it showed the coupon is applied. Tried twice/thrice for it to work.

Might be similar issue or related to yours. As I said, the samsung account is with my personal email. But I'm not sure what i did during sign-up during my uni day, but when I did the id.me thing maybe the verification went through my personal email (the same as my personal email). This could be one of the reason and I'm not exactly sure on how the deal is being replicated based on user accounts.
