If anyone got the order through the other day for the $750 from Samsung as a military person you can just chat with an agent or call. The $750 deal never actually applied the standard EPP/EDU discount of 10% and you can also get them to apply the additional 10% still. So you can get a 20% back as a partial refund. I did.
Also, these stack with MILNOV25 or the workplace coupon 25SOPNOV10. (workplace coupon provides 10% + free Buds 3)
SDECHAN25KARI ($120 off)
ESO7009W36UL ($40 off)
If you sign in with a EPP/EDU account the base price is for me $866.99 for a S25 Ultra 512GB of any color. Normally you get only $300 off for no trade in discount, but EPP/EDU is providing another $100 for $400 off for no trade in. That is for EPP/EDU accounts going through a website. If you are military and stack the 3 coupons I posted above then it drops to $657 before tax.
Video on it I made.

As for those with workplace accounts I do not know if speaking with a CS rep can get those free Bud 3 earbuds still.
Lastly, PayPal 20% cashback offer.

Did you tried it? Whats your cashback status?Usually if order is modified, they cancel the cashback. Not sure with paypal. If it's decreased that's fine, but don't want it to canceled.

Should be the lowest so far? Both had PP 20% off as well.

Did bite on the deal myself on the 30th:
Got my 512+B3P+Case for $742 incl. tax, so phone itself was $607 and B3P were $89.
Not the lowest around, but I was pretty happy with the amount, especially since I am upgrading from a S10+, bought on Amazon during BF 2019 through another SlickDeals hint) And this S10+ still works - its only issue is the battery drain.
My price breakdown:
EDU account, first time Shop purchase in the app, 220 and 440 discounts - involved a Samsung rep to give a bigger discount amount (BTW, the 25SOPDEC10 and SDECHAN25KARI din not work for me; only the L34KSZ25UAAO did)/referral/bundle savings etc.
No Paypal 20%, though - offer was unavailable for me on that day, already
P.S. As another fellow SlickDealer mentioned, talking to a Samsung rep about the willingness to cancel the order might bring you an additional 10% off after the order ships.
P.P.S. Right now, the shop within the account shows $730.99 for 512Gb and $832.99 for the 1Tb without the possibility to edit/add discounts.
P.P.P.S. What comforts me even more, is that in 2019, I paid around $650 for my old S10+)))

As you have mentioned, the EPP deals were even sweeter.
I got Galaxy S25 Ultra 512 and Galaxy Buds Pro 3 fro 621 before tax + 20% paypal rewards.
Followed below steps
However if I try to add my $600 trade in (S22U) I only get $595. Sucks that the discounts on the phone dont appear with a trade in.

But they are essentially the same thing. The minor difference was due to they were changing some discounts such as the Buds3 Pro $80 -> $100 -> $80 off offers.

I've never used the paypal pay in 4 before. How does that 20% work and how long does it take?
