i bought it for 25$ in August, i dont htink they just jacked it up. this is a good deal, solid adapter, been using without issue.
What do you mean? If you want to connect your laptop, iPad or iPhone with an Ethernet connection vs WiFi, you use this device. You do not need POE and simply a connection to your router or switch. Hope that helps.
