This can change at any time, like it did for Peacock, but it has been working like a champion for a couple years now.
They go a little overboard.
Sometimes the ads were nearly as long as the show I was trying to watch.

To make the new "standard" price $20 so soon and make $15 a Black Friday special makes it feel like a Kohl's "sale".
Note: If you setup the new subscription in Disneyplus, you need to activate Hulu subscription from Disney account page if you want to get into Hulu, use the Hulu app, see your Hulu watchlist etc. You can setup the new subscription from Hulu and probably bypass this....
"I currently have a Disney+, Hulu premium subscription. I would like to signup for the Disney+, Hulu Bundle Premium for $14.99 promotion but can't do that with a current subscription. I've seen that other people have been able to request an immediate subscription cancelation, with a pro-rated credit of current month charge, and then signup for the promotion immediately with the same email without waiting for 30 days. Can you assist with this?"

Same. I tried it 10x with no success. Until I created a new account with a different email and voila. It's Disney's way of not giving old account holders a deal.
