Only the $70 plan gives the $300 GC. The $50 plan only gives out $100

Price was the big advantage for T-Mobile home internet, but there are better options in the $50 a month price range.

My mother in law lives out in the country where there are not many options. Good ol' Elon wants $1000 one time surplus demand surcharge to even flip the switch at her house it would cost over $1300. DSL with supposed 10Mbps/3Mbps is her only option and has been down for the last 4 days. It goes out often and is so slow that she can't stream anything. I took a chance and got this for her since it just so happens there is a new Tmobile tower that is only a mile or so away from her house. I am not sure when it was installed because nothing was available this time last year. Well hot damn we got this fired up and she now has internet that is 500Mbps/30Mbps with peaks over 830Mbps!!! She is not super techy but is thrilled that she now has functional internet on her phone, tablet, computer and can watch the evening news. I know that many people might not have the option but for her it has worked great.

Be aware that T-Mobile treats the 5G Home Internet line like another line on your wireless plan. If you choose to cancel Home Internet in the future and you have some promotional rate on one of your wireless lines (i.e. free line, 50% off a line, etc) you will lose that promotion as if you had cancelled a line on your wireless plan

Is the above true if you had added TMobile Home Internet prior to adding promo wireless line? If the home internet was the last line added then cancelling it should be ok I suppose without any impact, correct? Thanks

Depends on tower location
Depends on location of unit near windows on side of tower location.

A bit slower today. no cuts outs or drops so far.

Download Mbps
470.84
Upload Mbps
42.44
Like I said during peak times.
I did get fast speeds during off-peak so towers and unit placement weren't an issue.
During peak times it was consistently unusable for me. Which is a shame b/c most of my usage is during peak times.

AI is often smarter than most customer service people.

Reason so many staff is getting cut when management realizes there is no cheap talent.

When you realize you know more about their products and their company is why CS is going all AI.
Well, when the AI says, "I didn't understand your problem. Maybe if you tried rephrasing your question?" over and over to your inquiries, it's beyond frustrating. When there's no option to reach a human, it's infuriating and was the last straw with my 20+ year relationship with Verizon.

Wild to me that the majority of the normal US population believes the billionaire elite are good for us and will 'help' us achieve any sort of progress for the general population. it may look shiny in the beginning but it'll be an eyesore by the end.

Anyways I was happy to take money from C1S via $400 offer and $300 offer from T-Mobile with my first month free. Just saw there's a cap one credit card offer too, stacking all 3 would've been nice if possible.

What's the catch here? You pay ~$50x2=$100, and they give you a $300 visa GC? Seems like free $200 minimum (more if you stack with C1 Shopping offers, or CC offers)...? Am i missing something?
