Only the $70 plan gives the $300 GC. The $50 plan only gives out $100

Price was the big advantage for T-Mobile home internet, but there are better options in the $50 a month price range.

We'll see what happens -- I received the box and am setting it up this weekend. Big issue is figuring out a wired connection to my desktop in the basement to avoid added wireless latency in the house. I'm exhausted by Verizon's garbage at this point though, and I can't even talk to a real person anymore for resolution without either an inordinate wait on the phone or endless hoops to get past AI.
For my wired setup I use moca adapters than run the Internet through the coax ports in my apartment with no data loss. If you have coax in your basement I would go this route.

Same here, CS said I will receive a refund of my first bill after two billing cycles, I don't trust them. At first they denied having this promotion till I showed them a screenshot of the promo.

Just my 2 cents: Got this service in Dec last year. At first it was great - faster than my cable had been, wifi reached the entire house.
Then it started slowing down. Could not watch any streaming service without constant buffering. Wifi frequently crashed and I needed to restart the gateway. Finally gave up and went back to cable.
If you can get the giftcard, try the service and get a few months for free.

I tried the 5g but I did not have a strong signal and the speed was not great with multiple devices running. Too bad - price is pretty good.

I switched my cell phone from Verizon to T-Mobile last week, I've seen up to 670+ mbps with my phone near my back window upstairs. I signed up for the all in plan on Thursday or Friday, the gateway is supposed to be delivered today.

If I am able to get half the speeds on average from my phone test, without spotty coverage or massive swings or drops, I'll be happy. It's $5 more then we're currently paying for a 60 mbps centurylink dsl. I'll hit ~63 down/10 up with my centurylink when I have perfect conditions.
