No wonder you guys are in debt up to your eyeballs spending this kind of money on a laptop.

With all due respect, do you need to have a gaming laptop like this? Could you not build a gaming PC for less money and maybe even have enough left over to buy realistic laptop like a LG gram? 17. Most of us that don't play games all day long utilize to make our half million a year?

I had one of these legion sevens two Christmases ago and three iterations of the game card with a 12th gen until and I returned it cuz the battery lasted like a whopping 54 minutes and I realized I could build something for half the price and you're jamming all that GPU and do format. That's not really meant to handle it, put it in a desktop or if you really want to make some money in life, don't play games
What does this have to do with the deal, or questions being asked? People use their disposable income on all kinds of things, and tons of people have this kind of money.

Forget it. What's the battery life on this?
Highly usage dependent. You can get 10 hours, or 1. Depends on how conservative you are.

I have this. Pretty nice laptop but considering downgrading to a 5080 with 64gb. If I can save $600-$800 for nearly the same fps.

This thing sounds like an airplane when running cs2 at 350fps.

I would love to build one. I don't think you this but years ago Slickdeals had a thread just for building. It was crazy amazing. But the deals dried up and the pc boom AI happened. And... those were the days. Imagine, everyone competing, not AI buying, there were deals on GPUs, RAM, SSDs, CPU, mobo, cases, fans, etc.. So many deals that this thread kept going for a very very long time.

Nah too expensive for a 5090 mobile graphics card thats comparable to 5070Ti desktop version or 4080 super.
Why do people always do this? Compare to a desktop version? I am all about getting the best value for my money and not over paying, but there is a reason I am looking and commenting under a LAPTOP deal. I need a laptop since I travel 50% of the month and I bet most people interested in this thread are also needing one for similiar reasons or for space.

This price is not correct. Whatever you're doing does not work. I am getting 3005. The deal is incorrect.

Agree. Something's not matching up with mine either.

SubTotal $4,554.99
Cart Threshold Savings - $158.17
Instant Savings - $1,225.00
eCoupon Savings - $166.50

The deal states "Loyalty Savings" is $158.17 and "Cart Threshold Savings" is $150.27. I am not seeing loyalty savings anywhere and yes I am signed in and have a profile under Lenovo Rewards.

battery life doesn't really matter when you get to these types of machines, these are basically desktop replacements.

LMFAO, my dude, my laptops and computers are tax writeoffs, my house and vacation properties, along with all our vehicles are paid off. You know what they say about making assumptions....
