Unless you're trying to fill a large open room at ear piercing levels, the difference isn't that significant.
Especially at the much higher price for this ime.
Dirac Live itself costs $349 on its own (currently on sale though)
Class AB amp also sounds pretty enticing.
As you pointed it is on sale(until tomorrow) for $240, saving you $60.

Whether it's worth getting it is a big question mark ime.
Owning it & setting it up on a few others setups.
Imo you have to have the optimal setup to make it worthwhile.
The majority of the people wouldn't need more than Bass Control.
1) Do you care about Dirac?
2) Do you have difficult speakers to drive?
3) Will you be using external amps?
If you don't NEED 11 channels, easy choice the RZ30 ime.
