This is a 13th gen. Are all the foxes in place with the whole microcode stuff or should i just avoid this?

You should be fine. I think I bought this exact one new a couple years ago. Its been fine. Fans noisy on high but plays everything fine for my teen.

I have not heard of any foxes nesting in these CPU's. The F processors are "less likely" to be affected. Is this DDR4 or DDR5?

Comparing the model number to acers website it should be ddr5. eBay listing doesn't seem to mention it.

Mines been solid. Bought 13600 at launch and been gaming with it since. I did keep up with latest bios.
