Wind turbines need steady 20 mph wind speed here's a tube review
mine 1200 watts, and the light is green all the time whether it spins or not, you have something wrong, and you will not see many amps out of these, If your want one with alot of amps, you will have to get the professional model type,, they are about 500 dollars each, but honestly, if you only get about 5mph in your area, don't bother with it , stay with solar. Mine puts out about 55 dc volts when at 4 mph, until you get to 4mph, the switch inside a diode, does not kick in, you will see low volts, but for the amps to come on, has to be passed 4mph this photo its not at 4, looks like about 2mph 4mph may give you only 1/2 an amp, to get 10 amps, you have to be at 20mph steady less, is less amps, these babys are meant to be for areas that are 50mph all the time like the NW on the coast their max is rated for 120mph.....ya get 15 amps, it has a cut off....
