I paid $150.00 for this tool earlier this year. As a homeowner, this is one of those tools that I've ended up using way more than I thought I would. It's come in especially handy for repairing old cabinet and dresser drawers.
Did you get the latest one or OP one? I am doing basement, but not sure on how many times i would need it once done with it.

I have the older one. It works great! I'm assuming this one is the same version.

Someone convince me. I want it, but I don't think I'll use it enough to justify it.

$110 more for the brushless at Lowe's. Is it worth the extra $110?

Is this much better than the Ryobi brad nailer currently for same price (no battery/charger) at HD? Have a ton of 18v Ryobi batteries and would prefer to stay in this ecosystem (understand that there are adapters and that this deal comes with battery/charger).

If anyone's been on the fence, just get this. I paid full price for this two years ago and is one of the best tools I ever bought. Never jams, it just works all day long - totally reliable!
I was on the fence about pulling the trigger (PUN intended) I have numatic one so I was trying to convince myself to buy this. I am already in the Metabo battery system. I just bought two one from Amazon, but realized my card gives me 6% back at walmart so I bought another. I will only keep one, but I am excited to try this out. Pulling an air hose everywhere at times makes me not want to start projects.

You might as well stick with ryobi then, since you're in that battery system. I have a ryobi P320 that I got off ebay for about 50 bucks 3 years ago. Granted I haven't used it for much other than home DIY trimwork and some drawer builds, but it hasn't jammed on me a single time. It's just bulky and awkward, and I dropped it once and it chipped my flooring because I was an idiot lol. It's one of the few tools that ryobi does extremely well imo.

I have this and the framing nailer. I don't use them a ton but they both work great.

This used to be Hitachi before they changed the name fyi.

Now I need to find a deal on their finishing nailer because sometimes I need an in between size nail.

I have Kobalt drills and batteries already. Anyone think it's just worth picking up the brushless nailer by Kobalt for $129 vs this, or does the brushless not matter if I am not using it a ton?
