I did a few little tests before with my wife. 2 phones with 2 Uber acc, 1 with gift card, 1 without gift card, the prices always came up the same.

Since it's only good for today and warehouses are closed, no. If the deal pops up again and the warehouses are open you can get 2 a day in store

I was able to compare my rate with the rate my brother got who didn't have gift cards on his account in NYC when we travelled there. I was consistently getting estimates 15-20% more on most trips. So I don't know how legitimate these discounts end up being, probably only good value for uber eats if those prices stay consistent

lots of reviews saying uber provides higher trip rates when these GCs are in the wallet thereby negating the discount. dont know whether to believe or not.

That would suck if that were true. I don't use uber eats but I use regular uber
