This ThinkPad P14s Gen 6 stands out as an unusually strong value for its Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 370, 64GB of RAM, and 1TB SSD, especially at the $689 price. The compact chassis feels much smaller and lighter than expected, and the spec sheet looks right for the serial number and warranty lookup. The main drawbacks are the 60Hz display, no touch screen, and a battery described as weak. The price later jumped sharply, which makes the original offer feel like a rare mistake, a compelling pick if the screen and battery tradeoffs are acceptable.

Looks like it was quite the price mistake. It's going to be rereleased at $979 - they have updated the price in the last hour.
They have the spec under the different part number (21RVCTO1WWUS1) for over 1400 with Win Home with option to "Build".

This is a long shot, but anyone have a screenshot of when it was at the deal price($709) whilst in their cart?
I did as I had it in my cart before it went dead. How would that help?

In for one. Replacing my wife's 5 year old Lenovo laptop for same price but with way, way better specs! Considering the tariffs and memory prices these days, this is an insane deal. Almost seems like a pricing mistake!
Has shipped. UPS has the package in Atlanta. Arrives on Tuesday, December 2nd. Thanks Slickdeals!

... The only question is WHAT dd they actually ship? There is still a possibility that the description was wrong and they shipped some low spec config.
Looks like there is a serial number on the invoice. When I lookup the warranty for that serial number, it shows the right spec.

Mine arrived today. First impression - it's much smaller and lighter than I expected - almost looks like a school Chromebook, lol. Assembled in September 2025 in Vietnam.

Can't believe Lenovo ships these without any extra packaging. The box literally has Lenovo printed on it and has a sticker on the side showing exactly what's inside. That's just asking for these to be stolen.

I've seen reports where packages just disappear in the bowels of FedEx/UPS. Also, they typically require only indirect signatures, meaning that anyone can sign for it. There is no ID verification.

OP, just wanted to say Thank You for posting the deal and for not mentioning "price mistake" anywhere in the post. That kept most of the vultures away and allowed folks who ordered just one to actually get them. Wave
