They're pricier, but other brands require maintenance and mods that these usually don't. They print great out the box. $399 for a Bambu P1S is a great starter printer.
Of all the printers I have, it is the only one I actually hate. Set and forget? Not even close.

Heated chamber? I haven't seen any printers like that. Only see enclosure. Why do they still make open printers if enclosure or chamber work much better?
You don't want heat for PLA, so plenty of people will never need an enclosure and be perfectly happy not printing ABS. PETG does like hotter nozzle temps, but I don't think you need an enclosure for it, just don't print under an AC duct or something dumb.

If you're printing PLA this is basically the best bang for your buck.

flashforge with CB during sale is marginally more expensive and personally I prefer printing on it
