These are "fine" - we grabbed the same set early in the summer. They aren't as wide as nicer brands and a bit less comfortable, but for some yard chairs they were fine all year.
We did not store them inside. The weld joints all along the seams have clearly started to rust. Super visible. But chair is unaffected so far.
They're in the shed for the winter and I'll hit them with a coat of spray paint in the spring, planning to again leave them outside. If we get another year out of them I'll be happy considering the price (and by that point I'll probably want something more comfortable anyway).
You see a lot of these being given away on craigslist because the elastic cord around the chair fabric/frame starts falling apart pretty quickly. Timber Ridge costs more, but they last a long time, based on my experience.
With these cheap ones, I wouldn't leave them sitting outside when not in use. The UV rays probably are harsh on the elastic, and it might last longer if they don't sit outside in sun & rain.

I was going to say exactly this. Solid chairs, starting to rust along the seams (also left them outside), I've probably got another year with them before I need to replace. One nice thing-- they dry very quickly from morning dew and such.
