That's how percentages work when companies are trying to steal money from you. They are applying the 5% after the 30% discount has been applied. So you are getting 5% off $1431.50…not 5% off $2045.00. Don't spend $1,500 on a chair.

Their warranty is kick ass and is an actual worth while warranty. That's the only reason I can justify the price. I got a fully loaded Aeron for about 1K a couple of years ago and accidentally broke part of it. I had an entirely new chair sent out as a warranty replacement free of charge. HM also ships them fully assembled.

Over the years I accumulated alot of money in my HSA account. I was able to use HSA funds to purchase a HM Embody last year and have no regrets. Just had to get a doctor's note confirming I have backpain, but that was easy.

Bro.. im so p*****..

HM shipped me an obviously 2nd hand used chair (both metal legs and wheels scuffed up, with the wheels filled with fluff from someone else's carpet. 90% of the plastic was missing along with the HM branded tag. Paid $1.500 for something I would have gotten off of Marketplace. This is what i get for splurging on an office chair.. I've sent them an email immediately about this but have yet to hear back.

Edit: CS agreed to refund me the chair. Allegedly with no restock fee. Would have exchanged but didnt feel like waiting 3 weeks

This would outlast the 5080. I have a used HM Mirra2 and it's outlasted several GPU generations.

Always invest into comfortable chairs, shoes, and beds. Things that your body will sit/stand/sleep on for hours daily.

Thanks op, mine was just delivered today. I'm going from a cheap $200 unknown brand from Amazon to this and the upgrade is night and day. I would say it's worth the money. Very nicely made and very comfortable. It's expensive but considering the 12 yr warranty and having your back at right posture at all times it's worth the price to me.
