That's how percentages work when companies are trying to steal money from you. They are applying the 5% after the 30% discount has been applied. So you are getting 5% off $1431.50…not 5% off $2045.00. Don't spend $1,500 on a chair.

Their warranty is kick ass and is an actual worth while warranty. That's the only reason I can justify the price. I got a fully loaded Aeron for about 1K a couple of years ago and accidentally broke part of it. I had an entirely new chair sent out as a warranty replacement free of charge. HM also ships them fully assembled.

Over the years I accumulated alot of money in my HSA account. I was able to use HSA funds to purchase a HM Embody last year and have no regrets. Just had to get a doctor's note confirming I have backpain, but that was easy.

at this point, this chair is no longer worth the price. it had good ergonomic ideas 20 years ago but it has been surpassed. check out the amount of configurations the libernovo omni dynamic has. the embody doesnt even have a head rest. most chairs now have headrests but it's not highly adjustable. often it would push my head too far foward straining my neck. im not saying the libernovo has better construction quality, i don't really know but i'm talking about the number of adjustments you can do.

im an idiot with this stuff, i didnt know that chair design had aged so much. are there any 1/8th the price with similar specs?

I have both the embody and the libernovo. I've had the embody for 4 years now. The libernovo I've had for about a month now. The embody is the better chair, basically in every possible way. Headrests are useless except in lie-flat situations which the libernovo does let you do, but sitting up you should never be using a headrest. Hands down at this price point get the embody, it's honestly not even debatable.

This chair is very uncomfortable for me. I've had it for 4 years and sat on it only a few times. Aaron chair is much more comfortable.

the libernovo omni is not better than the embody in every category by any means. It's also not even in the same realm of warranty or tested durability.

Most of the things are gimmicky on the chair as well and it's just shilled by influencers for $.
i never tested it nor did i see it in real life so that's why i said i didnt know the quality but the configurations are definitely not gimmicks.

What's the difference between the regular and Logitech gaming version?

The Libernovo Omni isn't better and headrests are not ideal for perfect ergonomic sitting position, that's why all the high end chairs only have them as an option. Headrests shouldn't be used.
why would a headrest not be good? when you sit on a chair, you lean back slightly. your neck is always holding up your head at an angle. it's so funny thinking about people just sitting without a headrest. after getting a headrest, sometimes i go back to chairs without it and it feels awful.

tried the logitech embody and the original in store years back. the logi was far more firm and less comfortable overall. honestly not a fan of either. aeron remastered is the greatest chair ever made.

most "ergonomic" chairs nowadays have all the features this embody does but of course the quality wont match a 1500 dollar chair. personally i sat in the aeron and it was not 500 dollars better than a hykken from staples for 120. that time someone on craigslist got a hold of like 20 chairs and sold them off for cheap. that's how i got one, this was like 20 years ago. so i got a chance to really try it out and it wasn't that great. the lumbar is not adjustable and it hurts my back because it's forcing it to curve where the chair wants and not where my back wants. herman miller to me is overrated because of this. i sold the chair for a profit too.

lol, i'm sorry but if you're ordering a chair worth over a grand just give the f**cking free shipping, that is incredibly petty!

I've been using my Embody for almost 3 years now and I still like it. They're expensive, but much more durable than a Staples special if you can swing it.
