Thanks OP! Got the mario kart world bundle, as others said, just had to copy/paste the 25 gift cards and it was easy. To the person who says it's a lot of work for $100 - took me 15 minutes start to finish, so if your time is worth more than $400/hour, I agree, else it's a fantastic deal. Thanks!

I also confirmed that this works. Took about 5 minutes to receive the codes from my sams club order. no trouble redeeming them at nintendo to my account and was able to order the switch 2 through the nintendo website. Slick deal!
