To get the Visa® Gift Card: 1) Between 11/24/25 – 12/2/25 by 11:59 p.m. ET subscribe to the offer above; 2) After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email with a link to the online Claim Form within 24-48 hours; 3) Complete and submit the online Claim Form by 12/10/25 at 11:59 p.m. ET; 4) To receive your gift card, you must maintain and pay for 2 months of service when due; 5) Gift card will be delivered within 6-8 weeks from verification. If you do not submit the online Claim Form or miss the submission deadline, fail to make a timely payment, are deactivated or suspended for non-payment, or cancel prior to making either payment, you will not receive the gift card. Actual or suspected abuse or fraudulent manipulation of the offer may result in service termination, forfeiture of the gift card, or prosecution. Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Limit: One (1) gift card per subscription purchased with a maximum of two (2) gift cards per household address (no PO boxes) regardless of the number of subscriptions purchased by any household member or claim forms submitted for such household address. SiriusXM reserves the right to verify all claims and will not reissue lost or stolen gift cards except in its sole discretion. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. This offer is available by invitation only and is not available on any other vehicles or with any other offer except as determined by SiriusXM. SiriusXM reserves the right to replace or substitute the gift with another gift of similar value in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited.
