Annual sale on tune up service (furnace or A/C) for $8.88 for Black Friday.
I have personally had good luck with the service and the technicians were never pushy about trying to oversell replacements. They disassemble, clean, and test various components.

my hvac unit is in the attic, do they just tune up the outside unit or go into your house?
Mine is in the basement and they have always come in to disassemble, clean, and test. My friend's was in her attic and she said they went up and did the same for her.
I have central AC/gas furnace, does it count as one or two systems?
Might count as two based on the terminology I have seen. Home depot has typically sold them as separate services in the past (with sales at different times).
Just an assumption on my part, though, so take it with a grain of salt.
