I like it. But having whittled down my energy consumption through insulation, strict usage management, heat pump installation, etc. I don't see how this could save me much more. A cool gadget to be sure though. My aspirations are to supplement some higher draw loads (water heating, HVAC) with solar. Battery free and redundant in that the grid takes over when solar won't carry the load on cloudy days or at night. Battery-based storage is a long way from being cost effective for the average homeowner, but energy storage in the form of hot water or a warm/cool living space is attractive with solar.
I like the idea of tracking use and comparing it to what the energy company are saying has been used but beyond that, I'm more interested in knowing what in my house is using what energy and trying to curtail that, which (outside of HVAC and other dedicated circuits) requires individual plugs/this doesn't help. Please correct me if I'm missing something.

this looks like it can hook up each sensor to individual circuit breakers

You can use it for automation such as load controlling for solar and battery installations using Home Assistant.

I would have bought this years ago but I have a sub panel so I would need 2 and just lost interest due to the price.
