Last time I checked, only basic installation is included. Expect another $1k-2k for full wiring.

If you pay an electrician to install or just pull the permit and install yourself it would be $300 to $1000 probably as long as it is not a long distance to your main panel. Sam's club has a better deal. Two units for the same price. Just no installation.
