I don't know anything about this company, but Reolink makes a video doorbell that works really well and does not require a cloud service. They go on sale for $75 I believe

I have that too and similarly pleased. That said, there are always improvements that can come.

This one appears to offer better than 2k video quality and 180 degree FOV mainly. Seems well regarded by the Amazon user reviews

The particular thing I like about the Reolink (at least the wired version I have) is it's really a security camera masquerading as a doorbell. i can watch the live feed 24/7 if i wanted, from the reoolink pc client. a feature i desire on all my cameras and why i'm not big on battery anything cam. but i have to admit since someone on reolink reddit was complaining about it, the video quality could be better in 2025

this one says it's either wired or wireless. so the devils in the details on that. There's no guarantee just being wired means it supports endless live view.

another issue that could arise, is the more "brand name" a camera is the more Google and crucially for me, Alexa are likely to support it for integration. Which they do pretty well with Reolink. Again, I'll dive into the user reviews about that.

Edit: after reading some amazon reviews, i see enough negative ones i'd probably just stick to more established brands. And one user said you cant view the feed from PC, which is a particular dealbreaker for me (most probably wont care). It also appears to be a "battery camera that recharges constantly by wire" rather than a true wired camera. Which are exactly the type of cameras that limit live view time.

security camera, or anything "security" should not be in the same sentence with google nor alexa
