How do you know which store will trigger the promo? Browsing the stores they have are very limited

You don't need to initiate transaction within PayPal app and wherever PayPal is accepted as a payment method

Yes but if you have this offer in your PayPal account, first save it and also read for any exclusions mentioned, otherwise it should trigger points as long as you are meeting the offer requirements.

I used it twice. Once at Newegg and once for a RO water countertop unit. I've got 11,000 points pending right now. But I also got this in an email today. Did anyone else get an email from PayPal saying this?
