So sucks for me.
So I checked out Best Buy and the iMac was $150 off apples price (Apple offered $200gc) I'd rather have $150 off than a $200 apple only gc imho anyways. Got her a better iMac, the 10 core m4 instead of the 8 core. Also has the upgraded keyboard, Magic Mouse, and 4 thunderbolt ports instead of two. Only 256gb storage but for her that is way more than she will need and we have a NAS server for her extra photos and videos if need be. Checked out with pay in 4 np and points showed up as pending almost immediately in my PayPal rewards section. Came out to $1349 before tax. $1436 w/tax (fl 6.5%)

Friendly fyi, when you check out and use the pay later, they have pay in 4 or pay monthly. Don't blindly pick that option. It's very deceiving because it says 'as low as 0% apr' but if you do the math on the 24m x payment = way more than the total you are expecting. They will try charging interest. In my case it was 26% apr. I'm glad I double checked the math because it's not clear from what they show you unless you click around on the terms and see the breakdown or you are savvy enough to pay attention. Pay in 4 is every two weeks with first payment due immediately but zero interest. Happy hunting!
