Confirmed. Target purchase (anything even gift cards) count for 20% apparel back. I saw 2000 points pending. I wait until today to take chase freedom paypal 5% cashback in December.

I just ordered Iphone. But It just shows -$1192.69 and Points pending under it. Is that how it should show?

triple confirming as this thread is full of both, but you just did a normal paypal checkout, not the pay over time/4?

I did do pay later/4 but not sure I will get it as I did it before and got a email from paypal indicating i had reached the limit. However, pay 4 option was available so I paid with it anyway. I have received some of cashback from previous pay 4 (not pending). This holiday paypal was really good.😃👌

Tried with a gift card purchase from Best Buy, it did not trigger the offer. Made another purchase of Walmart Gift card on Walmart website and it worked!!

That is what I guess: the store has to have apparel for sale such as Walmart, target and department stores. Then it will trigger the offer doesn't matter what you buy. But Staple or best buy type of stores might not work.

You're right. I bought Apple GC from Target, points were pending a few minutes after purchase, and today I redeemed the 2000 points.

Got my Nov 19th and 20th cashback. It looks like Paypal is limiting it to $250 (250k pts) rewards total. My 2nd purchase on Nov 20th was decreased to account for the $250 cashback total.
