BEST DEAL I have seen this BF or for that matter 2024 or 2023... I have the XM3's and XM4's, never have seen these this low for NEW from a top store. I skipped XM5's because they DO NOT FOLD for travel! I don't need to buy a set, but I can guarantee you that it is an incredible deal for these... AND Sony updates the Firmware at least once a year. Only competition this has (according to Consumer Reports...read years ago) is BOSE.

1) Is this going to work for me to wear while mowing my yard on a tractor? I mainly need it for the ANC to listen to podcasts.

ANSWER: YES! Thought I would use my older XM3s for this (and for running/gym) and keep the XM4s for travel and indoors. Be aware that when doing a large lawn, dust can get into the ports, AND sweat breaks down the cushion material faster, meaning (example) 3 years versus 5.

You are right... I should have said 2023 (when I got my XM4s)... Bought at $180... I must have missed 2024 pricing, I don't remember it (or I would have jumped in and commented how excellent they are!)... Either way, the value is ultra high as I use both version 3 and 4... But have stayed away from 5 with the folding/portability issue.

That is exactly what I use mine for. You won't regret the purchase.
They are comfortable and I can hardly hear my Zero Turn as I listen to podcasts.
