I called paypal this morning just to see if they knew what the heck was going on but they had no clue why I never got my confirmation email from LG.My PayPal agent said she would contact LG and email me with more info. Haven't heard anything yet. I don't want to cancel my orderbut it looks that I might have too.

I purchased mine on back order for $810 from the LG Partner store. I checked out with PayPal and used the Pay In 4 option to get 20% cash back. I didn't have to be redirected to LG from Paypal. I selected PayPal as my payment method, logged in, and selected Pay in 4. The points show pending on my account. It looks like the 20% back is after taxes which is nice. I can see the TV in my Orders page as Processing. Has anyone's TV shipped or arrived yet?

Beware. I purchased from the LG Partner site on 12/1, and the Angi mount was scheduled for the following weekend but the status never updated from Processing. After about 8 emails to customer service with no response, finally dug a number to call, I found out the delivery isn't until next year. LOL.

I called and waited for 1.5 hours, not able to get any agent to talk. Don't know when the TV can be back to inventory.

I waited on the phone yesterday for LG's Indian 'support agent Mike' say to give them 7 days to get an update and he was putting the ticket on 'rush status'. "Oh, you've been waiting a month?" Yeah, I have. But Amazon, Best Buy, Costco and Greentoe have all been having deals on the model and have physical stock to ship in the meantime.
