Been using this for a year with 13 leak sensors. Money well spent, also got a check from my home owner's insurance for $100 when I gave them proof I had this. They would have given me another $100 if I had hired a plumber to install the auto shutoff, but that is entirely a DIY process.

I have the inline version installed, the one that needs us to cut the pipe. Everything works great, the sensor, hub, valve, and the android app. Once the sensor is triggered, it immediately shut off the valve, sensor's alarm goes off, and send notification. I don't know if the sensors in this bundle are the ones with sound or not. Happened to me twice already on 2 different location sensors. Well worth it.

Have you tried it with no power/internet? Am debating further investment in YoLink, but if it works, it works. I don't think any Z-Wave, Zigbee devices can do the no power/internet thing.

If you buy controller and Hub/sensor seperately you get one extra sensor than this deal for $22 less
4 sensor, hub and Evo Valve total for $205
https://a.co/d/0NrtKcb - Evo Valve
https://a.co/d/9KQOPVo - 4 sensors with hub
Am I missing something?

I don't think the system would work in that case.

Valve in my house installed side ways and not enough room to mount this. Is there anyway to rotate it so it face forward or any other idea?

Went with the other valve they make that's more money sitting next to this one after seeing reviews where the piece that it sits on top of it snap off due to crappy metal. I think it's a better design having 2 arms essentially wrap around the handle itself and turn it.

Yolink claims it will.

Like how? Assume they have a local WiFi where all the water sensors connect to. What happens when there is a power loss? Unless there is some battery backup to eep running the local WiFi.

I have just their sensors. They connect to my home WiFi and report on my phone. I don't have this valve yet. Battery performance of the sensors is ok ok.

I don't know, I'm skeptical as well which is why I asked if this person had seen it work.

If you just want sensors and not the whole valve thing go with XSense.
I would disagree here, fwiw. If you need just leak sensors, go with Yolink or Govee (sales for both have been posted here already). I have some X-sense equipment too, but I trust them far less than Yolink or Govee, both of which I have used for years.

Is it compatible with govee sensors? I have around 10 govee water link sensors and wondering if i can link them with the valve.
Not directly no. They are totally different manufacturers. But through home automation like an Alexa routine, quite possibly. I don't own the valve so can't say for certain.

This guy tested it without internet. It has 4 AA batteries so no need for power either.
