generally a good idea to do a quick slickdeals search when you see ppl in the comments referring to something unknown; here ya go: https://slickdeals.net/f/18824500-select-paypal-accounts-one-eligible-purchase-pay-later-with-paypal-get-20-cash-back-up-to-1-250-spent

I did. If you had, too, then you would know the most recent posts are about a perplexity discount and an apparel category discount. The one you linked is from almost 2 weeks ago. So - asking what the discount is is very, very valid.

Is this a better deal than this one (refurb): https://slickdeals.net/f/18870307-hp-omnibook-7-flip-16-refurb-16-3k-120hz-oled-touch-intel-ultra-7-258v-32gb-lpddr5-1tb-ssd-699-99?src=SiteSearch

Looks like the main difference is the processor. I don't care too much about refurb but which processor is better?

They are shoving down our throats this soldered crap like is the next best thing to sliced bread. It saves them 5 cents on a motherboard.

Should be pretty good provided you have a Microcenter near you.

How deep one's gotta dig to find the damn Full CPU deets.
Normally they hide the RAM speed and/or battery size.
Stiil, good deal with OLED, fast AF cpu & RAM.

Online says this Ryzen is better in multicore loads but the refurb's processor is 'snappier' when using the OS. Also you can't use Paypal's 20% promotion for Microcenter
